  2.                         REBUILT ENGINE LIMITED WARRANTY

  5.         Your engine has been rebuilt by Brookpark Certified Automotive
  6.  
  7.         Service.  The parts listed on your invoice are warranted for a 
  8.  
  9.         period of twelve (12) months, or twelve thousand (12,000) miles    
  10.  
  11.         whichever occurs first.  Our labor is warranted against defects     
  12.  
  13.         in workmanship for twelve (12) months, or twelve (12,000) miles    
  14.  
  15.         whichever occurs first.

  18.         Oil and oil filter changes must be done at the first three hundred   
  19.  
  20.         (300) miles, then every three (3) months or three thousand (3,000)   
  21.  
  22.         miles thereafter.  We will keep track of your oil changes if they    
  23.  
  24.         are performed at B.C.A.S.  If oil and filter changes are done
  25.  
  26.         elsewhere, save your receipts for warranty verification.

  29.         SHOULD ANY PROBLEMS OCCUR, IMMEDIATELY RETURN YOUR VEHICLE TO US TO   
  30.         AVOID ANY FURTHER POSSIBLE DAMAGE.  THIS WARRANTY IS VOID IF THE
  31.         ENGINE IS SUBJECT TO NEGLECT OR ABUSE SUCH AS OVERHEATING, IMPROPER
  32.         TUNING, OR RACING.

  35.         This warranty does not cover any items not listed on the invoice. In
  36.  
  37.         keeping with industry practices, reground crankshafts are NOT
  38.  
  39.         warrantied against breakage.  B.C.A.S. is not liable for any 
  40.         
  41.         consequential damages arising from engine failure.  Incurred costs 
  42.         
  43.         such as towing, rental car fees, and loss of use are not the 
  44.         
  45.         responsibilty of B.C.A.S.
